맞춤정장이 필요해서 상담받고 계약하고 왔습니다! 친절하시고 꼼꼼해요 :)

예복맞추기 위해 방문했습니다. 김진욱 지정잠님께 직접 상담받았어요. 촬영 때 렌탈 2벌과 맞춤 1벌 상담 받았고 저에게 맞는 원단 제품 잘 추천해주세요. 국내원단부터 이탈리아, 영국 고급원단까지 있습니다. 그렇다고 절대 강요하시거나 하지 않으세요. 상담 잘 해주시고 조건도 좋아서 두 벌 맞추게 되었네요. 또 제가 키가 커서 렌탈할때 문제가 될뻔 했으나 지점장님이 직접 렌탈샵으로 연락해서 문제해결해주셨어요~ 맞춤도 걱정없이 맡길 수 있겠습니다!

예복 맞춤을 위해서 방문했습니다 대여만도 50만원~80만원 하길래, 예복 맞추고, 촬영용 대여 서비스도 있다고 해서 로브테일러 왔는데 너무 친절하신 설명에 감동받았습니다 김진욱 지점장님 호쾌하시고 시원시원하게 솔직하게 좋은 혜택 많이 주시려고 해주셔서 감사했습니다 채촌할때 뵐게요!!

남자친구가 예복에 전혀 관심이 없어서 어떤식으로 해야할지 감이 잡히지 않아 일단 여기저기 다녀보기로 했어요. 남자친구 직업상 정장을 입을 일이 없어 백화점에서 기성복 위주로 보다가 맞춤샵이 있길래 한번 상담을 받아보자 하고 예약 후 방문했어요. 처음엔 상담만 받아보려 했는데, 가격도 기성복과 비교해서 괜찮았고 김진욱 점장님께서 여러 원단도 비교해주시고 체형에 맞게 꼼꼼하고 자세하게 설명해주셨어요. 원단을 추천해 주실 때에도 무조건 높은 가격이 아닌 저희에게 가장 실용적인 원단을 추천해 주셔서 믿고 진행하기로 했어요. 혼주 패키지로 양가 아버님들 정장도 저렴하게 같은 곳에서 맞출 수 있어 이 점도 마음에 들었어요.

I visited a tailor shop for the first time to get a custom suit. Since it was my first time, I was a little nervous, but Director Kim Jin-wook was so kind and attentive in his consultation that I relaxed right away. He showed us each fabric and explained the features of each in detail, and he professionally recommended fits and designs that would suit my boyfriend’s body type, which was incredibly helpful. Most of all, it didn’t feel like they were just making a suit; it felt like we were creating the one that would suit the wearer best. I also appreciated how he considered our taste and the occasions it would be worn for throughout the consultation. I trusted them enough to sign the contract on the spot, and I’m already looking forward to seeing the finished suit. If it’s your first time getting a suit made, I think you can visit without feeling pressured. We’ll leave another review once it’s finished!

Came to get my husband fitted for his wedding suit and the staff was incredibly kind and thorough in their explanations. The owner took such great care of us that we ended up signing the contract on the spot. Being inside a department store makes parking a breeze too lol

I visited to get a suit made for my upcoming wedding! The store itself was so beautiful that I fell in love with it the moment I walked in haha. Branch manager Kim Jin-wook consulted with us and was so kind and communicative that the whole process felt comfortable and enjoyable! He explained everything clearly and took great care of us, so we were able to sort out outfits for the parents of the bride and groom all in one visit!
