Personally, I really liked the umami of the fish powder. Service These days, I have never seen a ramen restaurant that explains in such detail how to eat it. The store is also clean and reasonably priced.

The noodles are crazy... It's chewy, but the seasoning soaks in well, so the scent is amazing just by rubbing it together. The meat toppings are plentiful and mixed with the yolk, the flavor really comes to life. Overall, I was very satisfied because the ingredients were fresh and the seasoning was just right!

Oh, it was delicious. Abura Soba itself was delicious, and I think it had the most tuning ingredients out of all the ramen and soba restaurants I've been to in Korea. It was fun to feel the difference in taste every time I added this or that. This was my first time eating abura soba with cheese, so I thought the cheese would cover up the taste, but that wasn't the case. Rather, it was fun because it felt like an explosion of flavor. It's great for eating alone, and even if you're eating alone, it's even better because there's 2 hours of parking available. Due to the alcoholic nature of soba, I wasn't very full even though I chose 1.5 servings. However, there is no need to worry as the extension to a larger size is free. It was a restaurant where I would like to go again next time and try other types of soba.

It's delicious. I think I can just mix it with the yolk without adding anything else. The store is very clean and friendly. I sprinkled mayonnaise on it and poured it with broth, but my favorite was the vinegar. However, I really liked the jasmine tea, but it was too much, so it was bitter, and the meat wasn't that good. I'd rather have Gibbap ham or Spam. I'd rather use a large company's product and shorten the cooking time. Or go for beef roe as a topping.... I like char siu, but the taste was rather annoying. Other than that, I'm really satisfied. It's perfect for people who like noodles, so I think I'll come again next time.

I forgot to review the receipt, so I missed it once, but this is my third visit. The photos are of the Jumbo Soba from my last visit and the Jumbo Soba from this visit. I always enjoy eating it. It's a taste I remember every time.
