I slept below 20 degrees Celsius and caught a cold~^^ I spent my birthday in the worst mood. I really shouldn't have added breakfast to the wall view haha ​​Putting everything else aside, shouldn't there be heating? If that doesn't work, shouldn't the guests have been notified in advance? From now on, I will trust Shilla Stay and tell people around me that they are going to go to a different hotel! Believe it!!!!

The bathroom and bedding were clean and good for a good night's rest.

Comfortable rooms

I liked it because it was a trend. I really like the bedding and the bed. It was nice that there was a bathtub and that the amenities were L'Occitane products. The door was so tight that I had to push it with force to close it, and I could feel the door opening and closing from other rooms on the same line, which was uncomfortable. The most uncomfortable thing was that the room was a bit cold. It was -10 degrees Celsius these days, and even though I raised the temperature, it was still cold so it was a bit difficult. Other than that, I like it so much that I plan to visit again. I stayed for two days, and it was nice to be able to see the sun rise and the moon rise.

Thank you to the staff who helped me check in for being so kind. The room condition was disappointing. The wood on the side table was all cracked, but it was so severe that it looked like it needed to be replaced.

On weekends, there are many room guests and there can be long waiting for the elevators. I recommend lower floors. Egg and noodle stations from breakfast buffet are good. Self-Ramen is interesting. The interesting service is Delivery Food Room Delivery Service on weekend.

Clean, but there were a lot of disappointments because it's old..ㅜㅇㅜ When I first entered the room, I had to switch rooms once because of a sewage smell from the bathroom. The replacement room had a bathroom deodorizer, so that was fine, but the showerhead film was peeling a lot, so I felt like I could cut my hand if I wasn't careful, and the glass partition attached to the tub made showering inconvenient because I had to reach my hand inside to use it. The drain under the sink, not the tub drain, was also clogged so the water wouldn't drain, and it seemed hard to change rooms again so I just waited for it to dry.. The bed was spacious and comfortable. Having food delivered by robot was convenient too. I thought Shilla Stay would be decent, but the Seocho branch is...ㅎ I don't think I'll come again next time. Still, I rested better here than staying at home for the holiday!🥱😌
