During my trip, I was assigned a PC room for a couple without a reservation, but the smell of cigarettes was too strong. And why is the red light inside the air conditioner coming on?? I forgot to ask when leaving the room.

yesterday. I visited Hotel Kyle on business. I couldn't sleep all night as the room was buzzing with the sound of the air conditioner running next door. I couldn't bear it anymore, so I contacted the front desk and had them move me to room 707. The room we were moved to was very damaged and not even cleaned. I only changed the cover, and after completing my schedule in Seoul without being able to sleep at all, I came down to Cheongju. It's a place I never want to go to again. I didn't want to blush in the morning, so I talked to the manager, but the male employee said that another person came in late at night, stayed overnight, and was resting well. I couldn't sleep until 4 a.m. I am very disappointed in Hotel Kyle. I uploaded the receipt from my stay yesterday. Please refer to this for others. It's a mess.

It's clean, the facilities are good, and you can drink, coffee, and toast at the cafeteria on the 2nd floor. They give you a 3,000 won coupon for Byeokbark Cafe. It opens at 10 a.m., so you have to pay attention to the time. You can watch OTT, but you need a personal ID.

The parking lot is small. If you come before check in, there is an extra charge for parking. Please note. There is an extra charge of 10,000 won/person for 4 people.
