신메뉴 아몬드슈크림크림 맛있네요~ 여기 커피는 처음 먹었는데 맛있어요!

장사 계속 하시려면 나이든 남자 판매원 말투 바꿔야할듯하네요. 옆사람 있어서 한마디 하려다 말았는데, 손님 문의에는 고지곧대로 대답하셔야지 돌려서 비아냥 거리는건 좀 아니죠? "소스가 기본제공되냐"고 물었더니 "위에 소스 가격 붙어있는거 보이죠? 그럼 당연히 돈 주고 사는거겠죠?" 이따위로 대답을 하다니요ㅋㅋ뭐 기분이 꽁해있는거보니 앞에 다른 손님들한테도 한소리 들었나본데 장사하려면 말투부터 반성좀 하길바래요. 참고로 소스 가격 붙어있는건 보통 "추가 주문"시에 금액으로 이해하는 경우가 많답니다. 기본제공은 다른얘기죠. 공부도 좀 하시길.

사장님이 엄청 불친절하시네요ㅡㅡ 매장에 손님 한명도 없었는데 디저트가게인데.. 밥다먹구 아이랑 한개 먹구싶어서 들어갔는데 1인 1메뉴라고 하시네요 맞는말이기는 한데.. 저도 장사하는 사장인데.. 디저트장사하면서 그러는건 좀 이치에 안맞는거 같아요.. 게다가 손님도 1명도 없었는데... 다신 안갈거 같아요. .

The male owner was really unfriendly and the female staff (seemed like part-time) was unpleasant too. As you can see in the photos, the pretzel portion is half the size of other locations — thin and small. It was hard and chewy like it was baked ages ago, but we can't verify that so whatever. Auntie Anne's lemonade used to always be great from what I remember, but this location served what tasted like plain water with lemon juice. Even accounting for no carbonation, it was terrible. First time getting this taste at Auntie Anne's — left most of it. Came to COEX with family and had an unpleasant experience, which is a shame. My parents work in service so I know how much reviews can hurt. But the taste, service, and hygiene were all unsatisfactory so I had no choice. Looking at other reviews, COEX should really consider changing this franchise owner.
