메뉴가 하나하나 다 이쁘고 맛있고 막걸리도 어울리는거 추천해주셨는데 음식이랑 페어링이 너무 좋았어요! 대화하기도 좋구 메뉴가 주기적으로 바뀌는거같은데 조만간 또 와야겟어요🫶🏻

I visited because it was my birthday. If you are interested in traditional liquor, this is definitely a place you will like! The course changes every season, so I want to visit again when the course changes!! The owner is very friendly and the food tastes really good. I paid for it with my own money and was very satisfied 🤍

I went to Cheongju Hanssi with my younger brother, who can pair omakase-style course meals that change with each season and a variety of alcoholic beverages😍👍 Today's drink from Cheongju Hanssi and [now] ordered 330ml 5%~🍾 A variety of dishes including clam soft tofu, braised cabbage chadol, fern shrimp dumplings, pollack sashimi kimbap, tteokgalbi, and dried pollack fish stew. Omakase-quality dishes keep coming out, and the visuals and taste are perfect💖🥗 There is a bar table, so it's great for drinking alone, couples, or small gatherings, and you can eat while watching the female sommelier decorate the food in real life. There are flat seats and it's quiet so it's good for conversation. All the menus are creative and delicious~💖🍤🍖 Now, it's made with fermented pears, so let's drink it in a champagne style~🥃 that's easy to eat~🥃❤️

Summary: Well worth the required alcoholic beverage order. A Korean omakase bar open only in the evening. The course costs 42,000 won per person and changes regularly, and this time it included avocado gratin, black barley risotto, pickled cabbage, stir-fried anchovy pasta, steamed red scallops, and dried pollack fish stew. Each dish is unique and tastes great. Ordering one alcoholic beverage for two people and two alcoholic beverages for three people is required, but the owner, who is a certified traditional liquor sommelier, personally recommends various traditional liquors to match the food, making it a lot of fun to experience pairing alcohol and food. It is highly satisfactory for the price and is also good for naturally introducing Korea's traditional alcohol/food culture to foreign guests. Most of the seats are multi-level, but there are also two tables for 4 people, making it suitable for small gatherings.

I went to Cheongju Hanssi Seongsu branch, and it was a truly satisfying visit! 🙂‍↕️☘️🫶🏻 The emotional interior caught my eye right from the entrance of the store, and once inside, a more cozy and warm atmosphere unfolded, which made me feel better. The lighting was soft and the seats were well spaced, so it was perfect for talking comfortably with my Japanese friend. I wanted to treat my Japanese friend to a full course meal of Korean fusion cuisine. I think it was a success. The dish suited my taste so I ate the entire plate haha. I thought my stomach was going to explode, but I was so happy. Next time, I want to come with my parents haha.

Friendliness without being burdensome, clean and tidy interior, well-organized restrooms (plus various sensible items such as towels and dental floss rather than disposable items), and most importantly, a place with enough taste and even the quantity to fill you up. I am very satisfied with my second visit.

This is already my 3rd visit! The atmosphere is nice and clean, so it's a great place to come for a special day :) The food quality is high for the price, so it's a good place to entertain business partners.

It’s truly great value for money! I wonder if they can get this composition at this price. It was so delicious and it had a fusion feel, so it was even better! Highly recommended!!
