I thought it would be greasy because it is a cream base, but no!!!!! The spicy taste cuts through the greasiness and the subtle truffle scent is a real kick!!!! I went to Chuksang, which has the best atmosphere on Sharosu-gil! The truffle-flavored pasta had a strong mushroom flavor, so it was so savory and chewy 😋 The gambas also had plump shrimp, so eating them together was perfect! The truffle egg potato fries were so soft on the outside that I kept reaching for them 🥔💛 When paired with Blue Nun Gold Edition sparkling wine, I was able to enjoy it even more because it was light and fragrant 🍾✨ Satisfied with both the atmosphere and taste! I'll go again next time 😊
