I visited Isu Fish Market to eat yellowtail. Perhaps because it is in season, the yellowtail is in really good condition and even has a different shine. It has both greasy and light parts evenly, so you won't get tired of it and will continue to eat it. The thickness of the sashimi was just right, so it had a great texture, and the combination of ssam vegetables, seaweed, garlic, and wasabi was the best. 👍 I was particularly satisfied with the unique savory and sweet taste of yellowtail. Adding maeuntang (or ramen noodles) makes it perfect! The soup is cool and spicy, so it's perfect with a drink. The self-service bar was well-equipped, so I was able to use it comfortably. If you think of seasonal yellowtail, I recommend Daeyeon at Isu Fish Market. I intend to visit again!
