성수역에서 5분거리에있는 백정돈공장에갔어요 입구부터 맛집느낌! 커플한판 주문하니 초벌구이해서 잘라주십니다 오겹이라 껍데기는 따로 떼내어 살짝만 익혀 먹으니 쫀득하니 맛있었어요 오겹도 제법 두께감이 있는데 두툼하니 고기가 부드럽고 끝내줍니다

요즘 가장 핫한 장소라면 역시 성수인데요. 성수를 구경하고 출출해져서 성수역 고깃집 중 맛집으로 알려진 백정돈공장을 찾았습니다. 보통 성수역을 기준으로 남쪽을 많이 찾는데, 사람도 많고 웨이팅도 많아서 먹을 곳을 찾을 때 쉽지 않은데요. 성수역 고깃집 백정돈공장은 성수역 기준으로 북쪽에 위치하고 있어서 북적스러운 분위기가 아니라 오히려 마음에 들었습니다. 초벌되어 나온 생고기에서 갈빗살과 삼겹살 껍데기를 한꺼번에 먹을 수 있고, 직원분이 잘라주기에 굽기만 하면 되었는데요. 깊은 육항이 맛있었습니다.

The lunch bulbaek here is 11,000 won, and with free rice plus seaweed soup and bulbaek refills, it’s honestly the best. You can just grab as much lettuce wrap stuff as you want too lol. Seriously such a steal... and it’s great value and so tasty ㅎㅎ Places like this deserve to thrive ㅎㅎ I’ve heard the meat is tasty at dinner too ^_^

Found a great BBQ spot in Seongsu with my boyfriend! The skin on the meat is nutty and chewy — so good 👍 The meat itself is tender and savory! The side dishes and cold noodles were amazing too. Highly recommend Baekjeong Don Factory in Seongsu!!

The meat came pre-cooked so it was easy to eat, with a subtle charcoal fragrance that was absolutely delicious. The thickness was perfect and so juicy — great texture. The cold noodles were refreshing and clean, a perfect way to finish the meal. The staff were kind too, making for a really enjoyable dining experience.
