In April 2002, it was regenerated into an eco-friendly ecological park that offers a variety of attractions and enjoyment. Seonyudo Park consists of a story hall, green pillar garden, water purification center, four circular spaces, and Seonyudo Observatory. The Story Hall was created by recycling a rectangular water pump room and is an exhibition space containing the history and culture of Seonyudo Island and the Han River. The Green Pillar Garden is a garden where the concrete top roof of Jeongsuji was removed, leaving only the pillars.

It is located in the middle of the Yanghwa Bridge over the Han River, so it is a park with good air and a great view. Instead of completely dismantling the facilities at the time, some of them were recycled and transformed into a park, and some facilities and equipment, such as large water valves, are being displayed and recycled. It is also popular as a date spot for couples and a photo shoot location. It is also a good point for wedding photos for married couples. It is a place that will be left in better shape as the years go by. In the past, Seonyudo was not originally an island. Seonyudo Park is great for a walk. There are beautiful flowers and trees in the greenhouse. It's quite spacious and there's space to sit in between, and it's nice that it's connected to Yanghwa Hangang Park by a bridge. If a park like this were located nearby, the quality of life would inevitably improve. I recommend it.

This is a great place to take pictures from the bridge with Yeouido in the background. Around the end of the year and New Year, the sun rises behind Yeouido, making it a famous place for those who want to take sunrise photos. There is a bus stop right in front, so it is easily accessible, so I think it would be a good place to stop by at least once.

I went to Seonyudo Park, a rest area in the city located in the middle of Yanghwa Bridge. The open view on the way to the park across the arched bridge across the Han River refreshed my frustrated heart. In particular, as I slowly walked along the pillars wrapped in vine plants and the walking path along the waterway, it felt like it was a park. I felt calm and serene, as if I had stepped into a frozen time. It had a quiet beauty rather than a flashy attraction, so it was a perfect place to quietly sit on a bench and enjoy contemplation or take a camera and take pictures.
