I'm really into canelé these days. It's crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, but it has a relatively burnt flavor and the density on the inside is a bit low.

This is a dessert shop that I visit from my early 20s to now that I'm 30💕 It's a store I like so much that I follow it from Yeonnam-dong to Sindaebang Samgeori, and it's been consistently delicious ever since! It's delicious😆💕 The friendly owner, good songs, and new desserts every season are the biggest reasons to come here! The taste is not simple, and if you savor it, you can feel the harmony of various flavors. That's what I like most about Dewit, that you can eat slowly and leisurely with tea 🙂 Before the store moved, it was a shame that the store was only open for take-out, but this time, I wanted to come here as soon as it opened because of the care and preparation that went into every single detail of construction 🙂💕 Of course, as someone coming from far away, I was most happy about being able to eat and drink leisurely! Give a Dewit cake as a gift to someone special, someone important, or to yourself. Everyone will definitely like it😙💕

I stopped by because I heard it was famous for its cakes. I thought it was expensive compared to its size, but when I actually picked it up, I realized it was heavy. When I got home and opened it, I saw that the cream used in the cake was very dense. Then I realized that the signature of this store seems to be this cream. It's not regular whipped cream, but yellow cream with a custard feel. The strawberries and custard cream go together strangely, giving it a luxurious taste. Whole cakes are famous, but trendy breads such as financiers and canelés are also delicious, and slice cakes also have their own unique characteristics. I thought the store would be somewhat large since it was selected as a Blue Ribbon for consecutive years, but I was surprised that the store was smaller than expected, but it looks like they are planning to expand and relocate soon. This is a store worth eating cake.

Delicious! I had somewhat high expectations as this is a restaurant that has always received Blue Ribbon, but it was still delicious. It's a bit disappointing that it's a bit pricey, perhaps because it uses good ingredients, but it's worth it. It was a great taste that I understand ^^
