The person before me ordered a vanilla waffle and said it was "cold and soggy" but the staff muttered something about being busy (sounded annoyed?) and the customer left... They put my waffle in the machine so I thought it'd be fine, but nope — just a show. Lukewarm outside, doughy and bland inside. Ordered choco but with eyes closed it barely tastes like chocolate — just sugar granule cream with apple jam. Attitude, taste, hygiene — all bad across the board. Go to Jamsil Manjuking instead.
