The kiosk was turned off before 9 o'clock, and they proudly posted it here and there to say T membership discounts and points, but I said no and ordered a warm Americano, but what came out was "Aa," and when I looked at the receipt later, I saw that it was ordered as "Ah." As customers came pouring in behind me, the expressions on the staff's faces... I really don’t want to go again!! I know it's hard to find a part-time job, but I better give them proper training or the customers behind me will get angry and their expressions will be distorted... I don't think I will visit Pascucci again. I visited SKT with a 50% discount, but there are almost no menu options - I think you have to pay attention to the dust that has accumulated on the showcase. It was the last day of the discount and I went to the Express Bus Terminal store thinking about drinks, but it was really unfriendly. Many of the menus at the Sinsa branch were sold out, so I asked for something very simple, but they strongly advised me to use the kiosk. I knew they were busy, but it felt like both branches were not managed, so the image of Pascucci was so-so.

The 50% discount coupon for the SKT Customer Appreciation Festival expired today, so there were a ton of people there haha ​​(I guess I'll have to use the coupon in advance from now on😌) It has a nice laptop zone feel. It's on the 1st and 2nd floors of the store, and I'm planning to use the terrace seats later when the weather clears. **However, I think it would be good if they paid a little more attention to the overall cleanliness of the store. (There was large visible dust on the stairs and large trash on the desk...)

I ordered 1 Americano and 1 Lemon Granny, 2 drinks in total, but even after more than 20 minutes, the drinks still hadn’t come out.
