It's a place I'm always satisfied with. I've only stayed in Dongdaemun. It's my first time visiting a new hotel, and I'm satisfied. As expected ❤️

I have been using it comfortably. All the staff responded kindly.

The accommodation is clean and safe, there are lots of books, and it's a fun stay for two days and one night.

I chose it just because of the cost-effectiveness, but it's quiet and really nice. I think I will come here next time I have a business trip to Seoul.

I searched for cost-effective lodging in Seoul and made a reservation after reading reviews. The staff is friendly, the bedding is clean, and they minimize disposable items for the environment. 👍🏻 They give guests staying at the hotel a 20% discount coupon for Cafe Sorry Not Sorry on the first floor. Be sure to give it to them! Write it down and come out☺️ The scones, yogurt balls, and coffee are all delicious. It's perfect to have for breakfast after checking out! The location was great as it was close to the subway station and bus stop (within 5 minutes). Security was also good, so I would like to stay here again the next time I travel to Seoul :) I highly recommend it as a cost-effective accommodation in Seoul 🌝

It was the worst accommodation... I paid close to 100,000 won, but the hallway smelled so bad that I had a headache, and water suddenly poured down from above the bathroom in the early morning like a shower, so I couldn't sleep well and it continued to leak until morning, so I couldn't even use the bathroom properly. I contacted them early in the morning, but there was no response, and they said they would only solve the problem in the morning when I had to check out... so in the end, I just left... All they responded was that they would make it comfortable for the next time, but I couldn't sleep properly or wash up, and it was the worst.

The hotel was full on Christmas, so I made a reservation for Mangrove. (The Christmas props in the photo were brought from home.) I booked Studio L Double and it was nice because it was larger than I expected. There were plenty of towels and the bathroom was clean. There was a bathtub, the water pressure was reasonably strong, and the hot water came out well. I also purchased and used a meal kit in the shared kitchen on the 4th floor and was very satisfied. There was no major difficulty in using the service because the desk provided good guidance before use and the explanations provided in Notion were well organized. I am having a beautiful Christmas thanks to the mangroves 🎄

I arrived and stayed here by foot, and it was a great space for two people to sleep comfortably! I thought it was too high because it was on the 18th floor, but when I looked out the window, the view was great, the interior was clean, and the bathroom was small, but it had everything I needed, so it was okay! It was also convenient to receive a QR or room number via KakaoTalk and be able to enter directly without face-to-face contact! I didn't know and went to the counter on the 20th floor first, but I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly guidance. I couldn't use the restaurant across from the counter because it was closed, but I want to visit again in the future and go to the restaurant! Also, the common kitchen, laundry room, and goods shop were all neatly organized so I was able to use them comfortably :) It was very cold in the winter, but the heating in the room was very good, so I turned off the heater before going to sleep! Next time, I want to stay for multiple nights instead of just one night and take my time exploring the members’ lounge on the basement floor!
