I really love Le Maire as a brand. Went to buy a bag and they had my pick in stock so I bought it right away. However, the staff was a bit... not exactly rude but... subtly uncomfortable...? No greeting when I walked in, and their attitude felt like they couldn't be bothered, with the expressions to match;;; Uncomfortable... Maybe they're worn out from all the foreign customers...? It's not a cheap brand, you'd think they'd care about service... I'll just stick to buying at department stores from now on;

I'd been meaning to visit the Lemaire Hannam flagship ever since it opened, and this exhibition finally got me there — the garden is absolutely beautiful and seeing the Lemaire pieces up close inside was wonderful. The space and exhibition really captured Lemaire's identity, and the staff were warm and attentive. Not too loud either, just a pleasant visit overall. Picked up a small bag too. Lemaire fans, you have to go!
