It's April 6th, and even though the cherry blossoms haven't fully bloomed yet, there are a ton of people in the park, perhaps because it's the weekend.

It's a spring day, so it's perfect for walking. From Hongik University Station to Hyochang Park Station

Today, I went to Gyeongui Line Park. It didn't rain a lot, but the wind blew so it was pretty strong. If I stay still, the wind makes me cold. Even though it's a day like this, there are a lot of people out and walking. There are cafes along the roadside. The places I went today were Gyeongui Line Square, 7-Eleven Gyeongui Forest Road branch, and Little Hill Brewers (cafe). If it hadn't been raining, I would have walked to the end of Gyeongui Line Forest Road, but I don't like walking on rainy days, so today's outing only ended here. There is a place in front of the outdoor restroom that has a roof and a place to sit and rest even when it rains. There are 3 stalls (including a restroom for the disabled). Wheelchairs and strollers can fit in. I should come here even when it's not raining. The trail is well-maintained, so I walked comfortably. It'll be even prettier and nicer at night. It's really autumn now, and with the rain, the weather is chilly.

A quiet walk on a rainy day has a charm. They say that these days, there are a lot of pests, such as American fairy bugs, on the trees, so they are doing quarantine work. I think it would be a good idea to avoid touching trees and wear a mask for a few days. In particular, dogs go into the grass a lot. I'd better be careful for a few days.

I went for a walk along the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail 🌿 I walked slowly from Gongdeok in front of my house towards Hongdae, and I thought that fall was truly at its peak today. Yellow ginkgo trees and red maple trees blended naturally on both sides of the road, so each step felt like walking through a painting. It was a time when there weren't many people, so I was able to walk quietly, and I could even hear the sound of the wind gently shaking the leaves while I was walking, which made me feel at ease. Traces of what was originally a railroad remained here and there, so I could feel the historical atmosphere 🚶‍♂️ Even though it was just a walk, I felt like my mood was filled. It was a day where I cleared up some of my frustrating thoughts these days. I realized that this is the healing that fall gives😇
