The owner was better at English than Korean, so there were a lot of foreign customers, and he seemed to be more comfortable dealing with them. I went to Poteca, a brunch cafe in Seorim-dong, Gwanak-gu. The orders were chicken soup, taco poka (high choice), and meatball poka. Since the toppings vary based on baked potatoes, the menu is simple yet distinct. The taco focca had a refreshing combination of salsa and sour cream, and the meatball focca was hearty with the addition of cheese and sauce. The chicken soup was light and good to eat together. All menu prices are 6,800 won, making it an affordable Daehak-dong brunch restaurant. I recommend it

Potato soup is really delicious. It's full of potatoes, so it's soft, savory, and cozy. I ordered Taco Poca without cilantro, and it was really delicious with the spicy flavor. Meatball Poca is my favorite. The combination of potatoes and sauce is good and the texture is good. (I don't have a picture because I ate it in a hurry) They put ice cream for new product development on top of the brownie, and it was so delicious. You must eat the dessert. There are a lot of international students coming here, and it's even better because the English language is perfect. I'll definitely come back next time.

I was looking for a place to grab a quick bite to eat nearby on Naver, and I stumbled upon it and stopped by. The owner is very friendly and the cafe atmosphere is great! It was cozy and well-decorated, so I had a good time. On my first visit, I had classic pokka, curry pokka, and potato soup. On my second visit, I had chicken soup and curry pokka, and it was very delicious!! Classic Poka is classic and mild, and Curry Poka is spicy and goes well with potatoes, so I was sad to see the food disappear... It's more filling than I expected and the pace is comfortable, so it's perfect for brunch or light lunch. The price is reasonable, so I think I can go often without burden! The cafe menus also look delicious, so I think I'll stop by often to break the seal.
