The basic menu at Segwangyang Daechang Balsan Magok Branch, a 24-hour restaurant in Balsan Station, includes geotjeori, white kimchi, cucumber soup, potato salad, and spicy soft tofu stew. Like this, the flower stalks are cut into chunks and then grilled over charcoal with special sauce. Since it is grilled with seasoning, it is written that you should turn it over often to prevent it from burning, but since there were not many customers at the time, the staff grilled it all so it was easy to eat. You can feel the spicy and savory taste of Daechang very well. I felt that the assorted grilled kkotdaechang was a bit lacking, so after considering lamb rice and haejangtangmyeon in an earthen pot, I chose haejangtangmyeon with broth. Ramen, bean sprouts, peeled lamb, and honeycomb are placed in a very sturdy earthen pot, so it feels like a hangover while eating it.

It's been a while since I've been here, and it was as delicious as expected~ The seasoning was delicious and I was able to eat it comfortably thanks to the professional grilling aunt~ The side dishes were perfect~ First of all, it's the best value for money~ I ate a lot of lamb and ribs, but it came to about 40,000 won for 4 people, which is the price for one person at other famous restaurants~ I'm so grateful to this restaurant for free corkage and providing glasses~ Sides I wondered why it was because it took so long to make steamed egg, but I was completely satisfied with the Japanese pudding steamed egg that came in a cold noodle bowl. The finishing lamb rice was also delicious. I will have to visit again soon.

It's been a while since I visited because I was craving tripe, and as expected, I was very satisfied!!! I think the seasoned ribs have become even more delicious haha. My aunt kindly grilled it and I enjoyed it!!!

I came back with a friend because it was so good last time. I don't like gopchang, but here the filling is creamy and soft, with none of that grainy texture I hateㅠㅠ The daechang is well seasoned, chewy, and moist inside, with the fat bursting out, so I came back for this again, seriously!!! The special yang was tasty too, and the flower daechang was so soft and moist that I ate really well. I'll come again next time~
