The mango shaved ice that I was most looking forward to was topped with so much fresh mango that I immediately felt the sweetness as soon as I took a bite. The ice particles were very fine and soft, and the texture of them melting in my mouth was impressive. It is not artificially sweet, but has the natural flavor of mango, so I would like to recommend this menu to those looking for Seongsu-dong mango shaved ice. The Basque cheesecake made without flour definitely had a different texture. The new menu item, Butter Rice Cake, has a chewy texture and the nutty taste of butter, giving it a unique appeal!
