Tighten up

This is the first time in my 60 years of living that I have stayed at a place this disgusting and dirty. I was planning to go on a business trip to Seoul and meet up with friends for the first time in a long time. I made a reservation through the Yeogi Howe app because I heard it was 80,000 won cheaper and that the parking lot was spacious. But they asked me to pay an additional 35,000 won because I came earlier than the check-in time. I came from a long way and said I was going to have a cup of coffee at the accommodation, and when two friends wanted to go up, they asked me to get another room and asked for another 80,000. Even though I said I would stay only 30 minutes, they said they had no choice because it was their internal policy. When I entered the room, the condition of the room was as messed up as the picture. I think you should never go to an accommodation like this.
