The fruit was really fresh and there was a lot of it, so it was delicious 🍓 The cream wasn't too greasy or too sweet, so it went well with the cake, and the sheet was moist, so I enjoyed it until the end. I recommend it if you like fruit cake :)

I visited for the first time after hearing the name of Yunsup a lot, but I think the cute cafe atmosphere will make for great photos 🥰 The cakes are so full of fruit that you don't even have to go to Daejeon,,🙊 I was sad that there wasn't a place that sells sweet potato cakes, but the roasted gomguma was even so cute that I think I'll come back and buy it again❤️

The cream doesn't seem like regular cream, it's a bit heavy, but it's also light. The cake bread was delicious and all the layers were set well so it was a perfect piece of cake!! The Dubai Pound Sand kept its shape well as it was in a refrigerated case and it tasted good! The soft cake, chocolate ganache(?), and crunchy pistachio kadaif layer all went well together!!

I was the last one to visit among the three Yoon Soop affiliated stores, and I ordered the signature dish, whole strawberries (9,500). The strawberries were fresh and not too sweet, which suited my taste, and the quality was good. Since this is actually the center of Yoon Soop, there are posters here and there showing things like the CEO's goals, and through these, you can feel the concept of the Yoon Soop brand. I think the main character and identity of Yoon Soop are the pursuit of desserts that actively utilize seasonal agricultural products, especially fruits, and the cute Japanese sensibility felt in the interior. I think it will be a brand that will do better in the future because Yoon Soop has its own character and sensibility and is supported by quality that goes beyond the basics.
