카츠올로지에서 상등심카츠와 온면(가락면)으로 식사했습니다. 상등심카츠는 두툼한 고기에 육즙이 살아 있고, 겉은 바삭하고 속은 촉촉해서 식감이 정말 좋았습니다. 튀김옷과 고기의 밸런스도 잘 맞고 느끼하지 않았습니다. 함께 나온 온면은 국물이 깔끔하고 면발이 쫄깃해 카츠와 궁합이 좋았습니다. 따뜻한 국물이 입안을 정리해줘서 끝까지 맛있게 먹었습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 한 끼였습니다.

Haha. A curry with a high-rice feel! It's rich, but very slightly spicy, so it has a clean taste. The downside! Because I eat curry, I don't have enough rice. I keep adding more rice........It's delicious..

I finally came after being recommended this restaurant by my friends!! Like a restaurant, there are good songs playing and the store is clean. I also really like the fact that sauces are provided at each table. I had to order every time I was eating because it wasn't enough, but this place has good sense!!

It's a delicious place because the meat is of good quality. There are more and more people. Since top sirloin was sold out, I ate sirloin and it was good today too.

It's so delicious no matter what time you eat it🤍 All of the menu items are delicious and you definitely have to try the tonkatsu, but the noodles are also amazing. I'm leaving Gasan soon and I don't want to leave because of katsuology. I hope this taste stays the same for a long time.

It was written that the black pork loin cutlet was limited in quantity, so I wanted to eat it, so I went on the open run just in time for 11 o'clock. I entered as the first customer, and after ordering at the kiosk, I was waiting for my food to come out, but customers started coming in. I wondered if it was a popular restaurant, haha! The food was as delicious as I expected, and there was a lot of food for me, so I was very full! The curry that came out for the review event was quite delicious. It went well with tonkatsu or with rice, so I enjoyed it. And the tenderloin in the assorted katsu that my boyfriend ordered was very soft? Next time, I plan to visit again because I want to try the low-temperature black pork tenderloin cutlet! hehe

Katsuology Gasan Main Branch is a very comfortable and clean store, making it a perfect place for a family meal. In particular, since it is an open kitchen, you can see the cooking process, so you can trust the hygiene and eat with confidence. ​The main menu items, sirloin, tenderloin, and cheese cutlet, are all neatly plated and the meat has a lot of flavor. It's crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside, so it's a taste that people of all ages will like. It is highly recommended as a great place for lunch and dinner for office workers near Gasan, as well as a weekend family outing.

I ordered the assorted tenderloin katsu, and it was easily the best tonkatsu I’ve had recently. The tenderloin, with its rosy juices, was so tender it practically melted as soon as I put it in my mouth. The meat itself had such a deep flavor that it was more than satisfying even with just a light sprinkle of salt. It felt like I was being served a meal full of care, and I’m 200% sure I’ll be back soon!
