할인 적용 구매하시는 분들 조심하시고, 결제 금액 꼭 확인하세요. 할인QR적용 결제하는데, 뭐가 문제인지 결제가 안돼서 다시 결제했습니다. 뭔가 이상해서 얼마 결제 됐나고 물어보니, 태연하게 정가를 얘기하는 겁니다. (좀전에 할인결제 하고 있었는데..답답) 할인결제 아니냐고 다시 해달라고 하니, 이젠 결제 취소를 못함.ㅠㅠ 제가 앱에서 다시 알아내서 결제 취소. 결제 다시 하다가 또 에러가 나니, 귀찮다는 듯이 '아우 모르겠어요' 하면서 손떼겠다는 말투. 그냥 나가라는 태도여서 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 본인 업무 능력 부족이면 최소한 죄송한데 기다려달라고 하든지 뭔가 알아보려 노력하는 성의라도 보였으면 서로 양해라도 할텐데. 차라리 키오스크를 놓아 주시는게 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 정말 불쾌했습니다.
