The soft cream sauce with the truffle flavor that goes well with the chewy gnocchi, and the crispy tuile are all in perfect harmony... Every bite is so delicious. The ragout pasta is a bit too much for my taste. It was salty and vague, but my friend enjoyed it very much! I was told that the texture of the raw noodles was good as well. The portion wasn't too much and it was just enough for one person to fill the stomach for an adult woman. My friend who was a small person ate it all. There are about 6 tables inside and it's a bit narrow, but the atmosphere is okay!

Passo, a place I’ve always wanted to visit! I was impressed by the detail in how they made the pasta, which had the feel of a Western-style restaurant, even down to the raw noodles, rather than pasta made with a commercially available sauce. It goes really well with soju. I will go often!!
Passo has been approved more than 5 times! This time, I only ordered menus I had never tried before, and as expected, everything was delicious..ㅠㅠ The rose pasta had a very rich and rich taste, probably because it was a sauce made from ground shrimp, and the clam stew was a well-cooked white soup with noodles in the middle, so it was filling...! As expected, since it was made using the same broth, it had a very rich taste and I enjoyed it..!

These are regular menu items that you always eat when you come to Forghetta Cacciopepe. And as you can see in the picture, there is a menu of the day prepared by the owner. Be sure to try today's menu. You can immediately feel the passion of the owner for cooking. These menus are really crazy. I didn't know much about either menu, but I trusted the owner and ate them. As expected,,,,chicken roulade is the best,,,,🖤such delicious chicken dish,,,,I'm really speechless,,,,I think the boss should enter the cooking contest👍

I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a close friend. I ordered grilled eggplant, potato gnocchi, and shrimp rose pasta, and it was so delicious that I didn't think to take a picture. A photo of grilled eggplant that a friend who went with me took while eating was amazing. I highly recommend grilled eggplant!!!!!! There's ground meat on top, cheese on top, and arugula on top. It's so delicious. Next time, I'll definitely take a lot of pictures. The food was clean and friendly, and it warmed my heart, so I enjoyed it. I will visit again next time. May you prosper!!
They use herbs exquisitely and delicately create a fine dining-level taste. The raw noodles are somewhat soft and springy, and the seasoning and balance of flavors are very good. The store is a bit cramped and small, so it is difficult to relax while eating pasta with alcohol. There is a constant waiting line... Is it a bit expensive at first? I thought it would be good, but the ingredients are good and the workmanship is good, so it actually feels like a waste of money. If you don't have pasta and soju, but a purely delicious meal or a date for two, it would be pretty good #TrueTasteTravel

I tried fresh pasta and came back after half a year. I was going to eat pasta, but there was gnocchi so I ate it. I wanted to have a drink, but I couldn't drink alcohol because I was taking medication, but I satisfied myself with food..! If you make gnocchi incorrectly, it will feel really dry or sticky, but this one is really good on the outside and soft on the inside! It was decent gnocchi. It was easy to make gnocchi, but it was difficult to achieve this taste (the taste varies from store to store - the place you buy it from usually has no taste...).
