I have enjoyed using it comfortably. It's friendly, clean, and there are lots of places to eat nearby and it's convenient.

They were friendly and I had a good rest. I thought it was a door lock so I just slept because I was drunk, but if you could just indicate the location of the safety dryer, it would be perfect.

I stayed in the Royal Suite in Seoul for my anniversary with my girlfriend, and I was very satisfied..! First of all, the front desk staff were friendly and nice, and the room I booked was spacious and the toilet and shower were neat and clean! I went on a nice day with my girlfriend and enjoyed it☺️

It's a place I don't want to go back to. It's unfriendly, the bathroom isn't cleaned, the door doesn't close, and the smell of cigarettes comes up through the pipes. There was no heating so it was cold in the early morning and I caught a bad cold. It's the worst accommodation I've ever been to.

I don't think I'll go twice. I pour water into the bathtub, wash, and drain the water, but the same foreign matter comes up in the drain, and no matter how much I turn on the heating, there's still a little. The temperature drops again, and it's cold while I'm sleeping, so I feel like I'm going to catch a cold....

This was the hotel I quickly found and booked because my mother said she wanted to see a live singer's concert. The location is good and the view is good~ I checked out the restaurant in the basement because it was fully booked and had a quick dinner at the cafe. I was surprised that it was more plentiful and delicious than I expected. I had a very comfortable rest!

The manager's response attitude is the worst👎 -Towels torn -Charger broken -Dryer broken -Hair everywhere -The window kept opening all night due to a broken lock in minus 5 degree weather. When I told the manager, he argued that the guest may have broken it or that I may have broken it. ★Are guests using the hotel room right away without cleaning or inspecting it after use? After checking, they said it was okay even though the towel was torn and there was hair★ They showed no intention of taking any action regarding the discomfort felt by the customer and made excuses for the customer👎 They asked me why I didn't tell them right away that the window was broken, but I didn't know that it was gradually opening due to a broken lock. Facility inspection is also a problem, but I think it is right to check the response attitude of the person in charge first.
