I visited this place by chance and the atmosphere was crazy. I visited around 8pm on a Monday and there weren't many customers, so I thought it would be nice to come after work on a weekday and have a drink and read or do something. The seats were comfortable and it was nice to have a variety of things to see, including books, magazines, and postcards. I'll visit again.
