맛있게 잘먹었습니다 넘 좋아요 !

진심으로 말씀드립니다. 여성분 같이 일하실때는 자리도 빨리빨리 회전이 되었는데 라멘 삶으시는 남성분 일머리가 없는건지 융통성이 없는건지 자리가 있는대도 없다도 하고 먼저 온사람 나중에 온사람 관계없이 메뉴도 잘못나가고. 점심때마다 회사근처라 맛있게 먹고있는데 최근들어 정말 심하네요. 맛은 있다만 일머리를 가진 직원을 좀 써주세요.

가격도 좋고 무엇보다 맛있어요!

애매한 2시쯤 혼밥할 곳을 찾다 우연히 가게 된 라멘집 매운라멘의 맵기는 신라면보다 덜하거나 비슷한거 같고 국물은 뭔가...분명 맛있는 맛인데.... 저한테는 2% 부족하게 느껴졌어요 정확하게 뭐라 설명해야할지 모르겠는데 뭐랄까 완벽했던 국물에 물 500ml 부은 느낌? 진함도 간도 조금씩 부족하게 느꼈어요... (리뷰에는 진하다고 되어있는데 뽀얗고 진한 불투명한 국물 아니에요...깔끔한 국물 느낌!) 간이야 뭐 개인이 느끼는 차이가 있다고 생각하는데 기본찬으로 나오는 김치가 너무 언밸런스했어요 일본라멘에 신김치...?ㅠㅠ 차라리 그냥 단무지를 주시는게 나을 것 같아요ㅜㅜ 진짜 진짜 너무 아쉬워서 리뷰 남깁니다ㅜㅜ 가게 너무 깔끔하고 직원분들도 다 친절하셨어요!!

This place is serious about tonkotsu ramen with handmade noodles and rich broth. Only two options — regular and spicy. They taste quite different. Regular has a deep, rich broth (slight funky smell at first but it magically disappears as you eat). Spicy isn't crazy hot (maybe Shin Ramyun level?) with a nutty flavor. The chashu is incredibly savory and delicious. Broth seasoning is on point — no shichimi or pepper needed, just kimchi was enough. Free rice (about one ice cream scoop) to mix with the broth at the end. Only downside is side dish refills aren't self-serve so you have to ask. Order at the kiosk by the entrance with the noodle-making room visible. Saw the "sold out" sign on my way out so don't go too late or you might miss out.

I stopped by today with my parents~ If you're talking about ramen in Yaksu-dong, it's 129 Ramen House! They'd never once finished the broth before, but seeing them even mix rice into it made me so happy 😋🫶🏼 It’s become a real gem that won over both my taste buds and my parents’ too, hehe. Owner~ I’ll definitely visit again next time 〰️🙌🏼 We ate really well again today!
