Made a reservation after checking the Yeoshin Ticket event price. The event was still showing right up until I arrived, but at the clinic they said the event had closed and asked me to pay full price. After already spending time traveling and waiting, I asked them to honor the same price, but the director just kept saying "it'll reopen in a few hours, just wait and pay then." They could've easily handled it flexibly with post-treatment payment, but there was zero accommodation. The front desk also implied I should've informed them in advance, which was baffling. The whole experience felt inflexible and inconsiderate toward reservation customers. With so many dermatology clinics around Nonhyeon and Sinsa, I'd suggest comparing before choosing.
