주차이용에 불편사항 남깁니다. 입차할 때 차단기가 올라가져 있었고, 근데 차량번호가 뜨길래 인식된거라고 생각해서 주차장 이용을 했습니다. 롯데백화점 어플로 주차장이용권 2장이 있어 사용하려고 했어서 맞춰 왔어요. 어플로 사용하려니 이미 등록한 차량번호가 인식되지 않았다고만 뜹니다. 고객센터에서 안내해준것처럼 인식되지 않을 경우는 전화로 문의하라고 안내뜨게 해주세요. 고객은 이용할 때 어떻게 대처하는지 모를 수 있으니깐요. 차량이 많아서 지체할 수 없어서 결제하고 나왔지만 이미 나가셨다면 안된다고만 해버리면 난감하고 당혹스럽네요. 입차 번호 안찍힌 건 기계가 제대로 차량번호 안찍힌건데 그걸 고객한테 부담하게 한다면 다시는 쿠폰 이용권 줘도 안 사용할 것 같아요.
