홍대에 새로 생긴 약국 방문해봤습니당!! 엄청 엄청 깔끔하구 상품들이 많아요! 들어가자마자 친절하게 인사해주셔서 기분이 좋으네용 ㅎㅎ 상품 관련 질문 했는데 약사님들 엄청 친절하세요 헤헤 일반약도 설명 잘되어 있구 세트상품도 다양해서 구경하는 재미가 있어요 담에 또 필요한 약 생기면 방문하겠습니당~!

Didn't need the medicine anymore so I showed my card payment history and asked for a refund on unused purchased medicine, but they said no refund without a receipt. Sure, not keeping the receipt was my fault, but you can easily look up the purchase with the card and time — why not just do that? When I asked if they could look it up by time, they told me not to raise my voice. I wasn't being rude, just asking a question?? They didn't give me a receipt when I paid earlier either, and then they said to come back Monday when that pharmacist is working.. what?? I eventually got my refund after they pulled up the sales slip and looked up the approval number, but don't run a business like that, especially in a spot where lots of foreigners visit. First time I've ever seen a pharmacist pick a fight like this.

The explanations were so kind and thorough^^ They have lots of products to check out and it's a great pharmacy that even handles foreign languages!!

They have a great selection. They carry all the medicines I usually take too.
