There are 3 observatories in the world and 1 in Korea. Gwangjingyo 8th Street is an observatory located under the bridge. It's in the middle of the river. You have to use the portable restroom on the other side of the bridge. There are no drinks for drinking water fountains. You have to bring something to drink before entering the bridge. There is wifi You lose track of time while reading a book. You can't bring in food or beverages except water. The bathroom is about 3-5 minutes away and it's inconvenient because it's a portable bathroom, but the view of the bathroom is great. There's no limit to usage hours and the chairs are comfortable. It's open late from April, so it would be better to come to see the sunset or night view.
