처음 방문한 비놀로지에서 정말 만족스러운 식사를 했습니다. 메뉴 구성이 다양해서 선택하는 재미가 있었고, 하나하나 정성스럽게 준비된 요리들이 입안 가득 풍미를 채워주었습니다. 특히 모든 음식이 신선한 재료로 만들어져 깊은 맛이 느껴졌고, 플레이팅도 섬세해서 눈으로도 즐길 수 있었습니다. 또한 쉐프님께서 친절하게 설명해 주시고 손님들을 세심하게 챙겨주셔서 더 기분 좋은 시간이 되었습니다. 맛뿐만 아니라 서비스까지 완벽해서 오랜만에 진심으로 즐거운 식사를 했다는 생각이 들었습니다. “맛있다”라는 말만으로는 부족할 만큼 전반적인 경험이 훌륭했습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶고, 주변에도 자신 있게 추천할 수 있는 곳입니다. 좋은 시간을 만들어주셔서 감사합니다! 👍👍👍

믿기지 않겠지만, 다이어트 중이였답니다😂 신선한 식재료로 와인과 어울리는 맛있는 메뉴들 미쳤어요! 한국식 식재료를 재탄생한 메뉴들이 놀라워요! 탄탄멘에 이탈리아 감성 입힌 메뉴, 쫀득한 무말랭이, 쑥갓된장소스에 제철생선, 녹진한 새우 라면,, 항정살부위의 차슈, 한우타르타르… 하아 와인이 술술 들어갑니다! 와인도 다양하게 있어, 다음에 또가려구요🫶🏼

Overall very satisfied^_^ Delicious dishes with wine pairing harmony🍾 They have private rooms, great for gatherings :) The music was a bit too modern for the vibe though;; Kendrick Lamar, hip-hop kinda stuff lol. Slight mismatch haha. Personally the hanwoo tartare appetizer was the best, and the oyster mushroom was too strong in flavor... I'd recommend the rigatoni instead~ If you like sweet shrimp, the ceviche is great too~ Loved watching the chefs prepare everything right in front of you at the bar 🙏🏻 Great meal!

Visited during a Korea trip on a friend's recommendation! Heard the tartare was good and it blew my expectations away — every dish was new and impressive. There's a subtle Asian twist in everything which made it fun, and the wine recommendations were all on point. Definitely want to come back every time I visit Korea!

Yangjae-dong office worker review: Visited today with my parents to try something different from our usual. The wine selection is diverse with unique bottles I hadn't seen before, which was especially great. The food was like a fusion of East and West — Western-based dishes with Asian touches that were unique but totally approachable and delicious. We ended up ordering another bottle and more anju as we ate — my parents loved it too! Will definitely be back! ☺️
