석계에서 가장 커피 맛이 좋은 디졸브에 두번째 방문하네요. 연말 모임 저녁을 하고 진한 커피와 디저트 케익과 함께 즐거운 차담을 나눌 수 있었습니다. 1층 2층 모두 층고도 높고 좌석도 여유있어 편안한 시간을 보냈습니다. 연말이라 크리스마스 트리와 장식이 한결 마음을 설레게 하네요. 미리 크리스마스!!

메뉴가 다양해요 아포카토 정말 추천해요 사이즈도 크고 맛있서요 케이크에 , 작게 베이커리도 있는데 빨미카레 있어서 넘 반가웟서요ㅜㅠㅠ 큰 테이블 있어서 노트북 하기도 좋고 일 할때마다 와야겠서요 글고 직원분들 넘 친절해요 리뷰 잘 안 남기는데 너무 좋아서 남겨용

친구랑 갔습니다. 저는 아이스아메리카노 마셨는데 아메리카노 정보가 적힌 카드도 주셨어요. 아이스아메리카노 맛있었고 전문적인 느낌입니다. 카페 인테리어가 멋있고 차 마시면서 대화하기 좋아요.

Found Dissolve while looking for a cafe in Seokgye at night. I got a filter coffee — Colombia Supremo! They also let you pick the bean for americano. The interior has a gray stone texture with warm-toned lighting, creating a vintage cafe vibe perfect for working or reading. Cup notes said almond, cranberry, and milk chocolate — first sip had berry acidity pushing through, barely any bitterness like milk chocolate, with a nutty finish. Medium body, well-balanced with nothing out of place. Parking: spots available in front! Good coffee and a clean, calm atmosphere — great place to spend time.

Great atmosphere for reading, and the spacious layout makes it easy to spend time here or get some work done. The high ceilings give a real sense of openness, and it's also a nice spot for a conversation. The terrace looks like a lovely place to enjoy a coffee. There's an elevator for carrying drinks between floors, and the cafe spans two floors with some parking out front — not a lot, but it's there. The second floor was a bit warm today, and the air could use some circulation.
