The tripe was fresh and savory without any unpleasant smell. The portion size was generous and the price was not burdensome, so I felt it was really good value for money. The basic side dishes were good, and I was very satisfied with the fried rice. I plan to visit again next time 👍

It's been a while since I cooked tripe properly 🤍 The tripe and daechang cooked right on the iron plate are really crazy... There is no unpleasant smell and the flavor is just perfect 🥹 The meat and liver are fresh, so there is no fishy taste at all, and it is so chewy that I can't stop touching it. When I grilled it with onions and potatoes, it got the greasiness just right, so the combination was perfect, and the more it cooked, the more plump it was, so the texture was really crazy. And the last one is of course fried rice… The kimchi and rice stir-fried in oil were soaked with tripe oil and it was delicious 🤍 I said I was full and ate it all haha.
