[Pros] - Very close to Sinchon Station, great public transport access - Located in the heart of Sinchon's main strip — loads of restaurants, cafés, tons to do - For a single room in central Seoul where land prices are sky-high, the value for money is excellent - The owner is very kind and provides fresh towels and replaces the trash bin once a day - Room is clean - Shampoo and body wash provided, hairdryer in the TV cabinet [Cons] - Poor ventilation inside the room — feels stuffy when you wake up in the morning - The narrow alley in front has become a smoking spot, so there are a lot of cigarette butts - Soundproofing isn't great — could hear people on phone calls in the middle of the night - Breakfast service unavailable due to COVID (Naver Maps still shows it as available) Conclusion: Recommended.
