Jirou Ramen

라멘라멘🍥 내 입엔 육수가 좀 진하고 면에도 간이 되어있는 것 같아 간간하게 느껴졌지만 전체적으로 괜찮은 라멘집!

Jirou Ramen is known as a legendary spot in the ramen world. My husband got the classic Jirou ramen and I tried the spicy bomb ramen. Both were super tasty! I expected it to be really greasy but it wasn't — actually less salty than other ramen places, and it never got old while eating. Especially as a fatty meat lover, the chashu was so savory and delicious. Ahh I want it again!

조용하고 차분한 분위기의 라멘집! 혼밥하기도 아주 좋아요 👍🏻 국물이 진한데 깔끔해서 정말 맛있었던 지로우 라멘! 매운 라멘 (폭탄 라멘)도 맛있었는데 1단계는 적당히 매워서 누구나 맛있게 먹을 수 있을 것 같아요! 매운맛 좋아하는 분들은 2단계 이상으로 먹으면 좋을 것 같아요! 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다 😋💗

지로우라멘 딱딱한면, 진한맛, 계란 추가 지로라는 단어가 들어가서 폭력적인 염도와 양으로 나올 줄 알았는데 염도가 적당하고 감칠맛이 있는 돈코츠 라멘이었어요! 면 추가를 하면 차슈 조각이랑 같이 줍니다!

굉장히 맛있는 돈코츠 라멘이였습니다! 염도가 있어 농도 진하게 추천드립니다. 공기밥은 무료입니다. 기본으로 제공하는 면 양이 많지는 않으니 라멘 면을 좋아하시는 분들은 면추가 하시는 것을 권장드립니다. 근래 먹은 돈코츠 중 제일 맛있었네요😋 30분 정도 기다려 입장했습니다. 의자가 고정되어있어 테이블로 의자를 당기기 어렵습니다. 제가 앉은 좌석 뒤편에 옷걸이가 있어 식사 중 다른 손님들이 옷을 걸러오셔서 식사를 하기에 조금 산만했습니다. 그리고 옷걸이로 인해 통로가 좁아져 안쪽 자리의 손님들 이동 시 비켜드려야 했습니다.

맛 지로우라멘 - 국물이 말도 안되게 단백함 녹진해보여서 맛의 층이 좀 더러울 거라고 생각했는데 너무 깔끔해서 깜짝놀람 차슈도 짭짤하니 라멘과 잘 어울림 다만 면이 조금 아쉬움 간수때문인지 암모니아 향이 조금 남아있음 서비스 친절 가성비 중상-밥을 무료로 주는데 고기두점 얹여주는 센스ㄷㄷ

차슈가 부드럽고 맛있어요. 라멘이랑 같이 먹으면 맛있습니다. 라멘 단독으로 먹었을 땐 적당한 맛이에요. 내부는 고기 잡내가 좀 났는데 음식에서는 못 느꼈어요. 서빙하는 남직원 분이 뭐랄까 은은하게 사람을 깔보는 느낌이랄까.. 확 기분이 나쁜 게 아니라 은은하게 기분이 나쁘더라고요. 같이 간 일행도 똑같이 느꼈다고 합니다. 그래서 나올 때 불쾌함이 들어 네이버, 카카오 후기 남깁니다. 음식 맛과 주방 분들은 괜찮았는데 서빙 직원 때문에 재방문은 안 할 것 같네요. 홍대에 널린 게 라멘집인데 굳이 불쾌함을 감수하면서 갈 곳은 아니라고 생각합니다.

Ordered ramen at the kiosk and waited about 20 minutes, but a group that came way after us got in first. Asked the staff and they said we had to register on CatchTable too... There should be some kind of notice about that. For first-timers like us, it can be pretty confusing. Would be nice to have clearer instructions.

It was freezing today but they gave everyone waiting in line multiple hand warmers, and the ramen was sooo delicious! My boyfriend had the Jirou ramen (chicken broth base) and I had the Gyokai Tonkotsu ramen (miso base?) — both were amazing!! As someone who had the Gyokai Tonkotsu, I seriously recommend it. Good good tasty 💗 Wishing the owner even more success!! Happy New Year ◡̈

First visit in a while. The way you eat it has changed, but it still tastes great. Back in the day you used to crush the garlic yourself, but now minced garlic is added to the broth like a seasoning. The noodles had a nice chewy bite, and the pork bone broth was rich and flavorful. The owner and staff are kind as well.
