I enjoyed guest bartending at the Conrad Seoul 37Bar The aperitif ‘Naju Pear’ cocktail whetted my appetite as an aperitif with a great combination of citrus and the cool sweetness of sorbet🍧. Secondly, Hongdan’s G.O.A.T ‘Takju’ uses Daejeo tomatoes grown and grown in Busan to bring out the umami flavor, and the whiskey sour with Glenmorangie Original 12YO is smooth and well-balanced! Maybe it's because there are a lot of people coming to The Hyundai, or maybe it's the end-of-the-year + K-culture issue. I felt like there were a lot of people. Hahaha. The red luxury tree was really pretty as it was the Christmas season. 👍 I wanted to be assigned a high floor, but they gave me a choice between the river view on the 15th floor and the city view on the 22nd floor. Conrad has a signature river view, so even though it was disappointing, I chose the 15th floor. The friendliness of the staff upon check-in was the best of any hotel I have ever been to. The room condition was luxuriously clean. The night view, which I didn't expect much from because it was a low floor, was quite open and nice. As for the zest... the steamed lobster, salmon sashimi, and especially the cauliflower salad were delicious.

Happy White Day 🍭🍸at Conrad 37Bar! On White Day, I sat at the bar and enjoyed Conrad Seoul 37Bar's signature classic cocktails made by professional mixologists (bartenders) along with the night view of Seoul. The process of blending the storytelling and spirits contained in each glass, and finally adding a delicate touch with fruit peel or dried fruit is impressive. The first drink, ZADAR🍸, was a cocktail with coffee liqueur that was bitter and citrusy, and the second drink, CONARAC, had a heavy and deep flavor from the cognac base. Finally, until First Word, we had a great White Day night enjoying the philosophy behind each cocktail and the making performance. The friendly and attentive customer service was also impressive.

A peaceful Christmas Eve at Conrad Seoul.🎄🥃 I wanted to enjoy a drink alone, but it happened to be my hangout, Conrad Seoul Hotel 37Bar, where I enjoyed a nice Christmas night view at the Window Bar table for the first time in a long time, a heavy and warm glass of ‘View Carre🥃’, a welcome drink, the night view, and friendly customer service. I finished it cleanly and quietly with a glass of Royal Bracla 18 Years Knit, an authentic full sherry whiskey that I discovered this year and the only royally certified whiskey in existence. Like the water lilies of Claude Monet, a painter representing the Impressionist era, tonight was a time for the senses to subtly spread. Starting with a French Martini🍸 by bartender Fred, A true 🇫🇷Mixologist Virtuoso at Conrad Seoul 37 Bar, the customization and curating just for ‘me’ to match the mood of the day is impressive! (However, on crowded days, you don't notice😅) The middle of the week and payday, Hump day, payday🎶 New Orleans in a glass, Vieux Carré in hand. I thoroughly enjoyed the heavy and well-balanced View Curry, and topped off with the soon-to-be-released 🍅Ketchup Cordial Base Martini🍸, it was a great night in both flavor and mouthfeel.

It's in front of my house so I can walk there, so I usually come here for various reasons. Nonetheless, this visit was particularly satisfying. I was impressed by the staff's detailed response. However, compared to other hotel buffets, Zest always leaves something to be desired. It would be nice if the food type and taste (especially the variety) could be improved a bit. Other than that, I think it is a hotel worth recommending.

Conrad Seoul was selected as a 4-star Forbes Travel Guide star for three consecutive years. It was a night truly worthy of congratulations⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is even more meaningful as the reliable service and attentive experience in overall F&B that I felt every time I stayed were recognized by global standards. I enjoyed cocktails presented by head bartender Soyeon Kim (Alice), who recently joined 37Bar, and reliable mixologists. From the Manhattan 🍸, the essence of classic cocktails, to Hemingway's Papa Doble and Blood & Sand... Each one enriched the night with their different personalities and perfection. It was an impressive celebration night where comparative tastings with vintage whiskeys also added depth of enjoyment🎉🍸

This year's Holiday Ritual. The staycation at Conrad Seoul was a clear break at the end of a year that had been relentless. The seamless response from check-in to check-out and stable room conditions made me comfortable throughout my stay, and the welcome details of the premium corner suite well captured the warm sensibility of the winter holiday season. A cocktail and the night view at 37Bar calmed down the year-end mood. At the Zest breakfast buffet, we enjoyed a harmonious gourmet buffet with a variety of breakfast menus and local live station dishes (rice noodles, etc.) with a Christmas mise-en-scène. The consideration and professionalism of the Conrad Seoul staff made this entire experience seamless. This is a staycation hotel I would recommend at the end of the year🎄🌟

First visit to Conrad Seoul 37Bar in January🥃🍸🔥 Every time I come here, I have pleasant thoughts about what kind of cocktail journey I will go on today. Thanks to the mixologists who listen carefully and read your tastes, you will always come out with a ‘Madori’ cocktail that you can drink with confidence. The day started with a glass of 2026 New Fashioned🥃, a twist on Old Fashioned. It's an impressive first drink that adds a sensuous variation to the familiarity. Rapscallion, which followed, is a dry and spicy classic cocktail with a mischievous character as its name suggests🥃 37Bar's interpretation was especially attractive. The ending is Last Word🍸 A classic among classics and the order that most quietly proves that you are a ‘person with taste’ at a classic bar. As expected, 37Bar does not disappoint.
