롯데마트 엘스 잠실새내점 리뉴얼 했다고 해서 엄마와 방문했고 쌀을 구매했는데 문앞에 행사를 하기에 행사상품으로 바로 교환 부탁드리려 물건 실어서 계산대에 갔는데 계산대 직원 단발머리에 안경쓴 캐셔분이 엄마와 저에게 바로 태도와 말투가 바뀌어 명령조로 화를내고 기분 나쁜티를 팍팍 내면서 죄인 같은 기분이 들었습니다. 너무 기분이 나빴지만 거스름돈이 맞는지 엄마가 여쭤보니 끝까지 성질을 내고 맞다며 불친절하고 강하고 쌀쌀맞은 어투와 태도를 보이며 처음부터 끝까지 응대 하더군요. 너무너무 기분나쁘고 아파트 상대로 하면서 다신 가고 싶지 않았습니다. 저번에도 그랬었는데 그 직원 문제 많은거 같네요. 바쁘시겠지만 교환할수 있고 업무이고 직원이 고객한테 이게 맞나요? 서비스 교육 부탁드립니다!!!
