여기 다닌지도 20년이 넘었네요 오랜만에 가도 긴말 안해도 원하는 스타일대로 해주시고 특히 펌을 해도 손상이 적어 아주 만족해요

원장님께서 설명도 잘해주시고 손상심했던 제 머리가 엄청나게 부드러워졌습니당 ㅎ 남자 실장님과 여자실장님이신지 두분다 케어법 알려주시고 다들 너무 친절하셔서 좋았어요^^

커트 차분하게 잘 해주셔서 좋았고 , 샴푸는 여성분이 해주셨는데 섬세하게 꼼꼼히 해주셔서 좋았어요

If you know how to style your own hair, this place might leave you disappointed. Visited twice but there's a real lack of communication with customers. They tend to proceed with treatments without checking your preferences, and the results are underwhelming (asked for light ends → got texture treatment → irreversible damage, did bangs magic without asking). Got a trim to maintain long hair but the length was uneven across sections, making styling difficult. Came back weeks later for a perm from the same stylist. But hair that was already hard to style from the cut didn't hold curls well even with a magic setting, so the finish quality was noticeably poor.. Only found this out after the perm AS. They don't readily accept AS requests and wanted payment for full redo (did partial free re-treatment). Did a different treatment than before (straight perm). No conditioning treatment for a redo. Ended up with hair damage & flipped bangs.
