RIchi DAiamondeu Hotel

Every time I go to Gangbuk-gu, I always use Rich Diamond Hotel. The staff is very friendly and I always like it. The rooms are clean and cozy.

A place I stayed by chance!! I was briefly surprised by the kindness of the staff!! Thank you so much for the room upgrade. I had a good night's sleep, whether it was because I was tired or because the bed was comfortable.

It's a clean and nice place to rest.. I'll go there again on my next trip~~

I checked into room 513 as a premium room, but they said I was upgraded at the counter? When I went in, it was worse than Deluxe. What did you upgrade? The shower faucet was broken and water kept dripping, the toilet cover was not fixed intermittently, and there was something on the side of the seat.. There was no hot water in the morning, so two people took turns showering with warm water, and when I called, they said they had to turn on the water for more than 10 minutes.. The employee also came up and said that after turning on the water for more than 7 minutes, he said that the hot water was now running.. Haha, it's a cold day, and I almost caught a cold.. I saw that the shower faucet was broken, so they'll fix it, right? This is a hotel. They charge extra for parking because it has two cars.. I asked if they would give me a partial refund and they said no. You said you upgraded every time you went, but why are you lying? If you go next time, you probably shouldn't reserve an expensive room. Anyway, it's standard or deluxe, so what's the point?

I stayed one night on a trip to Seoul and it was better than I expected. First of all, parking was great and the bedding was so fluffy and soft. The interior design of the lobby on the first floor from the entrance exceeded expectations, and above all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again next time I come to Seoul.

I heard this hotel was featured in a drama somewhere, and the lobby was clean and nice. Well, I liked that the room was warm and clean.
