- Strawberry Rose Tart, 13 types of macarons I arrived at 14:40 and I was very sad that all the gateau types were sold out except the Strawberry Rose Tart, but I ate the remaining strawberry tarts on the train and they were so delicious!! The yogurt cream was very delicious, with a light rose scent. I'm really curious about other gatetos, so next time I'll definitely do an open run and get all the gatetos😤 I enjoyed the macaroons the best: gianduja, deep chocolate, stracciatella, Tahitian rose (the rose scent is the weakest and not overwhelming), olive (sweet and salty), and truffle (full of truffle scent). The texture of the coke crumbled easily, so it wasn't my style, but the cream inside was all delicious. The remaining types felt like universal flavors, and the rose strawberry champagne and rose honey were not my style because the rose scent felt like an overpowering cosmetic taste.

I heard that the strawberry cake here is famous, so I made a reservation with high expectations, even though it was far from my house. Looking at the reviews, it seemed like they were famous for macarons, so I waited and bought macarons, but while I was waiting, my mom, who was with me, told me to sit in the store because her legs were bad. There wasn't a single customer eating in the store, but my mom kicked me out, saying I had to sit down after ordering. I know it's small inside, but there were a lot of customers eating out, so there wasn't a shortage of seats. As for the taste review, the macarons were small in size and too sweet. The strawberry cake cream itself was soft and delicious, but it felt more sweet. These days, there are many places that make it not sweet, but it seems like they make it sweet overall here. It didn't suit my personal taste at all.

I went on a weekend afternoon and more than half of them were sold out, but there was still a lot of variety, so I had fun choosing. Both the Mont Blanc and the macarons were clean and not too sweet, so they were delicious! It was nice that drinks weren't required😆

I accept and understand that you can't buy a product that wasn't made because you were late. When I stood in line when it opened, there were only 3 employees and they took 1 hour to process orders for 10 teams, so it's really not good to stand outside in vain. It's cold and dirty and cars are passing by in the narrow alley. I was treated like a nuisance, and because the alley was narrow, I heard people talking and evaluating the cafe in groups during lunch time. The excitement I had while waiting was reduced by half. I think the three employees should come up with an idea and figure out a way to speed up the packaging or make the waiting method different.
