The cafe visited in the photo of Pavlova, a meringue-based dessert made by whipping egg whites and sugar, is 'Sumida'. I went to this cafe in the Daeryong Post 6th underground shopping mall (B143) to fill my stomach with a snack instead of dinner, and the fresh strawberry pavlova had a good combination of toppings. The sweetness of the meringue is neutralized by adding plenty of whipped cream and topping it with fresh and refreshing fruits such as strawberries, passion fruit, and kiwi, making it refreshingly sweet and crunchy. You have to order one drink when consuming at the store, but the hot tea had a pretty teacup and the indirectly lit, orange-colored cafe was cozy. The combination of sweet and refreshing berries, white pepper and syrup melts easily.
