중식을 좋아해서 유명한 식당을 많이 가봤는데 이렇게 맛있는 중식집은 처음입니다. 유린기랑 짬뽕이 예술이었는데 지금까지 먹어본 중식은 중식이 아니었네요😂너무 감동스러운 맛이었습니다. 서버분들의 친절함과 고급스러움은 최고네요😊👍

The great perfectionism by the Master Chef, Hou Deokjuk with his experiences over 57 years This time, I enjoy his signature course menu for dinner, Buldojang course at 240K KRW. This course is exquisite with perfection harmony between the dishes and with good value for the money Imagine the course with signature dishes of Abalone, Lobster, Peking Duck and Buddha jumps over the wall. It is amazing!

3.5 <후사부 추천> 메뉴 먹었습니다. 와인 페이렁 같이 해서 그런지 너무 배불러서 마지막엔 힘들었습니다. 후사부님 손이 크시네요. 샥스핀 스프인 금사선은 깊은 맛이 좋았는데, 샥스핀을 적게 넣고 양을 줄여도 괜찮을 거 같아요. 특히, 메인 메뉴가 불도장이라면 깊은 국물 요리가 두 번 (특히 많이) 나와서 겹치는 느낌이 있어요. 제일 맛있었던 바닷가재 마늘 찜은 신선하고 먹기 좋게 손질된 바닷가재와 소스가 잘 어울립니다. 베이징 덕은 특별한 맛은 아니지만 서비스로 주신 다리는 와인과 페이링이 좋았습니다. 산해진미를 넣고 진하게 끓여낸 불도장은 명불허전이지만, 오골계가 조금 푸석했어요. 팔선에서도 나왔던 메론 시미로는 앞에 먹었던 뜨겁고 따뜻한 요리로 각성된 입 안을 잘 마무리해줍니다.

전체적으로 맛이 슴슴한 편이지만 그럼에도 맛있게 먹었습니다. 해삼새우볼이 가장 맛있었어요! 갈비튀김 ..기대 많았지만 그냥 그랬어요.. 특이점이 없는 예상 가능한 맛. 오히려 짬뽕국물이 정말 인상적이었습니다~ 다음에는 코스말고 가볍게 짬뽕 먹으러 들릴꺼같아요!

Haobin is awarded a Michelin Star as well as special award for 2024 Michelin Mentho Chef Award. his signature cuisine, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, is exquisite, full of flavors with the harmony and unison of each healthy ingredients. The broth is very refreshing For me, the Sea Cucumber dish is also divine

호빈 첫 방문이었는데요~ 불도장연 코스로 주문해서 먹었습니다! 따로 룸으로 배정해주셔서 좋았고 전채요리부터 메인까지 빠짐없이 맛있었네요~ 배불리 먹었습니다 👍🏻

The course menu is really well put together. Great taste and composition. So happy to try Chef Hudeokjuk's food. The Michelin ⭐ choice was spot on 👍 Got a discount through the Ambassador membership app after signing up, not sure if it still works though. Parking was good too

Instead of a set course we ordered à la carte — yuringi, sweet and sour pork, dim sum, dongpayuk, and jjamppong! Got everything in small sizes and it was just the right amount for four people to share! The fried dishes were solid classics and honestly the best batter and seasoning I've ever had! I'd also recommend getting an assorted dim sum each~~ The dongpayuk was a bit average but the Hobin jjamppong is a must! Personally, considering the price range, this might be the best Chinese restaurant in Korea for me
