오전 8시 1부 타임 들었는데 하루를 알차게 시작한 기분이에요. 3층 로비에서 진행된 이론 강의 한 시간이 실전에서 큰 힘이 됐습니다. 이퀄라이징 타이밍 놓칠 때마다 바로 잡아주셔서 귀 아픈 것 없이 잘 마쳤어요.

친구들이랑 넷이서 방문했는데 두 분이서 나눠서 봐주시니 집중 케어 받는 기분이었어요! 준비 운동부터 호흡법까지 정석대로 배우니까 몸에 무리도 안 가고 즐거웠습니다 🌊 신전 포인트에서 찍은 사진은 평생 소장각이네요 장비 사서 정규 과정도 등록할 예정이에요

스쿠버다이빙도 전문이라 그런지 물속 생리를 잘 아시는 강사님들이라 설명이 귀에 쏙쏙 들어옵니다 👂 이론이랑 실습 비율이 적당해서 지루할 틈 없었고요 핀킥 찰 때 발등 밀어내는 느낌 알려주신 게 큰 도움 됐어요 여행 가서 자신 있게 바다 들어갈 수 있을 것 같습니다
