I never write reviews but had such an unpleasant experience that I have to. Entered at 2:35 PM on a Thursday. When I pulled out a paper coupon to pay, the lady who'd been on a phone call since I walked in just kept waving her hand for several minutes without explaining why the payment wasn't going through. I guess she couldn't talk because of the call. I had no idea what was wrong so I just paid by card and left — she was still on the phone when I walked out. This is a high-traffic location and this kind of service and staff training really shouldn't continue. I know running a big, busy store is hard work.
