최원 원장쌤에게 두번째로 시술 받았는데요. 역시나 꼼꼼하고 신중하게 잘라주셔서 오늘의 컷도 완전 마음에 드네요. 말수가 적으신 편인데 이것저것 물어보시면서 저한테 제일 잘 어울리는 컷을 찾아주셔서 진심으로 감사드려요. 지인들에게 강추하고 싶은 곳입니다. ^^

연남 들려서 살짝 커트만 하러 간 곳인데 시술도 엄청 꼼꼼히 해주시고 무엇보다 친절하셔서 머리 받는 내내 기분이 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 저는 대표원장님께 받았습니당 드라이 하는 방법도 알려주셔서 똥손인 저도 쉽게 따라할 수 있었어요 지인이랑 같이 갔는데 지인도 나오면서 지인짜 친절하셔서 뜻밖의 맛집을 찾은 기분이라구 했어요😆 연남이 멀어서 자주는 못 가지만 다시 재방문 의사 10000% 인 곳이에요 내돈내산 찐후기입니덩

딱 제가 원하는 컬이 나와주었습니다 !!! ​ 원장님 손이 너무너무 꼼꼼하시고 상담과정에서도 가능한 펌인지 아닌지를 대략적으로 말씀해주시고 다른 스타일도 추천해주시니.. 너무 좋았습니다 괜히 나온다고 받았다가 의도와 다르게 펌이 나와서 실말할때가 많았거든요.. 여긴 진짜 그런거 없어서 너무 만족입니다ㅠㅠㅠ 남자 디자이너라고 선입견 가졌던거 반성합니다.. 차분하니 컬 하나하나 꼼꼼히 땡겨가며 말아주시는 정성..👍 ​ 거두절미하고 일단 완성샷 첨부합니다

몇 년 전에 매직 받았는데 매직을 너무 못해주셔서... (받고 나서도 부스스했음...) 다시는 안 가야지 다짐했었는데 까먹고 또 갔네요... 컨설팅컷 받았는데 층 내자고 하시길래 "곱슬 너무 심한데 안 뻗칠까요?"했더니 뻗칠 힘도 없는 모발상태라고 하셔서 제안하신대로 커트했는데... 음........ 사진 보고 판단하시길........

I told them the color wasn't applied evenly in some spots, and they said they didn't see any problem on their end. I was informed at the start that there would be some color variation between the areas where the bleach had lifted more vs. less — I understood that. But what I got was patchy coloring in a way that's clearly a service defect. I sent photos and they kept denying it, saying they couldn't see any defect. I found it outrageous that they ruined my hair without a single apology, so I requested a refund — and they told me if I don't come in by Friday, they'd consider it me making unreasonable demands and close the consultation. While my hair was being blow-dried, the owner Changhwa suddenly started filming without my permission, then added extra charges for the blow-dry without telling me. I was still on the fence about the cut, but they offered it for free — and then after taking all those free services, they're saying no refund. I've never had bleach done before and have been coloring my hair for 7 years, but nothing like this has ever happened. This is clearly a defect.
