신촌 세브란스 병원 들어가는통로쪽에 있는데 리모델링해서 음식점 커피숍도 생겨서 버터떡 맛있어요 바삭하고 쫀득하고 맛있네요

Never coming back... The salt bread was dry like a sponge, and the man at the register had nails that were way too long, with one side looking bitten off...? It’s a bakery inside a hospital, so the hygiene felt off. When I asked for it to be cut, he pressed the bread down with his hands until it was completely squashed... (and then said they couldn’t cut it after all). The bread was just baked, but they sliced it so small that the inside was completely exposed... They handed it to me in a clear bag, saying it was too warm to close...? And from what I found online, it doesn’t even seem to be a franchise, which maybe explains why the staff are so sloppy. The checkout area and coffee pickup area are the same, so people keep getting in each other’s way, and the tray is tucked inside so you can’t even see it when you walk in. The main-building Tous Les Jours is a million times better, and honestly, bring back the Paris Croissant that used to be in the arcade, you guys. This is pretty embarrassing...
