After paying, they immediately moved on to the next customer with no instructions. I almost grabbed someone else's medication thinking it was mine. Then I was told "You need to hear the explanation before you leave" — but there was no heads up so I was a bit caught off guard. It'd be nice if they gave a quick heads up about the medication consultation after payment.
