츠케멘을 처음 먹어보는 사람도 입문하기 좋은 맛입니다. 멸치향이 매력적이고 토핑과 함께 먹어도 잘 어우러졌네요. 면을 다 먹고 츠케지루에 와리스프를 추가하여 먹어보니 가쓰오부시 향이 피어나서 굉장히 매력있는 맛이었네요. 츠케멘 장르에 좋은 데이터를 쌓고갑니다.

츠케멘을 여기서 처음 시도해봤는데 기대 이상이었습니다. 무조건 추천드립니다.

2주에 한 번씩, 약 20번도 넘게 방문한 것 같은데, 처음 리뷰 남깁니다. 맛있어요. 다른 라멘도 다 맛있지만, 츠케멘은 특히 제 기준 마포구 통틀어 제일 맛있는 곳이에요. 저는 늘 면 추가, 수비드 차슈와 김 추가해서 먹습니다. 토핑, 츠케지루, 면 모두 조화로운 한 상입니다. 쓰다보니 또 가고 싶네요.

츠케멘 씬에서 항상 언급되는 멘도무카우에 방문했습니다. 매일 한정으로 제공되는 츠케멘을 맛보려면 오픈런 해야 할 거 같아서 오픈 15분 전에 도착했더니 다행히도 1등이네요ㅎ 그 뒤로 줄이 무섭게 길어집니다. 고기고기하게 먹고 싶어서 츠케멘에 간장차슈, 고기밥까지 추가했습니다ㅎ 면 조리 시간이 확실히 긴 편이더라고요. 약 15분 정도 기다리고 받았습니다! 먼저 면을 한 줄 맛봅니다. 식감 괜찮네요ㅎ 그리고 츠케지루 찍어서 폭풍흡입 시작! 와... 츠케멘 탑티어의 소문은 진실이었네요ㄷㄷ 감칠맛이 훌륭합니다~ 츠게지루를 그냥 떠 먹어도 맛있습니다. 수비드차슈보다 간장차슈가 씹는 맛도 있고 좋았네요. 고기밥은 츠케지루랑 비벼 먹으니까 또 꿀맛! 스프와리까지 해서 모든 그릇의 바닥을 보았습니다ㅎㅎ 아 또 먹고싶네ㅠ

주변에 맛있는 츠케멘이 잘 없어서 기대하고 왔어요. 그리고 기대대로 정말 맛있네요! 😋 육수에 멸치가루 넣으셨는지 첫입에 니보시 츠케멘스러운 향이 강하게 치고 들어온 게 인상적이었어요. 이외에도 면도 탱글쫄깃하고, 제가 좋아하는 멘마도 양념이 잘 배인 게 꼬독꼬독 맛있었어요.

There's a great ramen spot with a pork-broth base and a variety of ramen, including shio, shoyu, karashio, and tsukemen. I had the karashio ramen (spicy anchovy shio), and even if you're not great with spicy food, it's easy to enjoy thanks to its clean, lightly spicy flavor. The clear pork-broth shio ramen, chewy noodles, special soy-sauce chashu, menma, green onion, and the other high-quality toppings all make the ramen even better! If you're looking for clean-style, tasty ramen around Hongdae, this place is worth a visit. I ate well.😄

Famous tsukemen spot. Heard the chashu was good so I went all out with the special soy chashu and egg. Pretty tasty. The tsukejiru was rich with just the right amount of saltiness. There's a walk-in wait — can get pretty long before 1 PM lunch rush. Highly recommend if you're into tsukemen.

⭐️ The gold standard for tsukemen — Mendoumukau in Hapjeong ⭐️ Located in Hapjeong, Mendoumukau is a place that gets long waits during meal times. The basic tsukemen doesn't come with egg so you'll need to add it. Among the sides, shoyu chashu and menma are a must!! The shoyu chashu is so good it makes the regular chashu feel lacking. The tsukemen noodles have great chewiness and the jiru (dipping broth) is nicely salty. Halfway through, try adding kombu vinegar or mayu for a nice twist! The nori was a bit underwhelming, but overall this is a must-visit for tsukemen beginners 👏

Finally found a place doing tsukemen properly. Springy noodles, rich dipping sauce, and tender chashu — it's perfect. No need to go to Japan for this. There's always a wait even late at lunchtime, and now I know why. Definitely coming back.

Mendoukau is a must-try for deep, rich tsukemen! I arrived Thursday at 11:25 and was the 5th person in. The tsukemen took about 20 minutes after ordering. The dipping broth is incredibly deep and rich — the sauce clings so well to the noodles that you barely need to dip. Halfway through, you can add kombu vinegar, pepper, or spicy sansho oil to switch things up. The house-made noodles are chewy and great, and the chashu was tender and delicious. The menma was extra thick with an amazing bite. Overall, clean and satisfying tsukemen!
