I climbed Bukhansan Mountain on a rainy day, and the view of Bukhansan Mountain on a rainy day was covered in fog, creating a mystique. I was amazed by the scenery everywhere, but it was raining and I had to focus on the stone steps for safety reasons, but I had to stand still to capture the scenery. The scenery in the fog, playing fresh, was really impressive to my heart. When I climbed the last rock wall, I survived without falling, so I was thankful for life haha. I went up at 10:30. After hiking for 2 hours and 30 hours, I headed to Doseonsa Temple right next door. I went there because it was a place that held my husband's memories, and it was so nice to be calm and mesmerized by the sound of Buddhist sutras, which was close to white noise (the sound of a crackling radio, the sound of mountain birds, etc. is called white noise). Climbing Bukhansan Mountain today - Doseonsa Temple - Cafe on the way down from Doseonsa Temple. It was a day where both excitement and calmness coexisted. It rained non-stop.

I visited Doseonsa Temple to receive good energy for the new year! I prayed hard, bowed, and tried the 11 o'clock Jeolbap open run. I ate well and had a nice day❤💯👍

Get off at Bukhansan Ui Station, the terminal station of the Ui Sinseol Line, take exit 2, turn left, and go up straight. You can take the shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes or so to go up! (I was surprised to see Buddhist scriptures on the way/you can freely change money, but I think it's a good idea to bring cash and pay) If you go up for about 5 minutes, you will arrive at the entrance, and if you go 10 minutes further along the road, you will see Doseonsa Temple~ Luckily, it snowed on the day I visited, so it was even better. It was nice and tasteful. It was a shame that all the rice cakes were sold out when I went in the afternoon. Still, I had a good time looking around the temple for about an hour haha.

Doseonsa Temple, located at the foot of Bukhansan Mountain in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, is a temple with a quiet atmosphere and deep history, as befits a thousand-year-old temple.🥰In particular, the rock-carved Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva statue carved on the rock wall conveys a majestic yet mysterious energy.👍Because it was the weekend, there were many people taking a walk and praying for successful exam candidates. The view was better than other temples and the sound of water was beautiful, so it was perfect. It's healing💙🩵I really like Doseonsa Temple, where you can see different scenery in each season💚🤩It was a special weekend where I left the crowded city and calmed my mind at Doseonsa Temple, offering Buddhist prayers and looking at the scenery👍It's a famous spot where you can feel the tradition and nature in Seoul👍It's a healing temple trip this weekend too👍💚💙

If you go up the path where the air at the foot of Bukhansan Mountain permeates cleanly, Doseonsa Temple appears in the quiet mountain. The scent of pine spreads from every stone step leading to the temple, and the sound of scenery from afar calms your mind. 🥰 When you stand in front of the rock-carved Buddha, the noise of the city goes away and you feel a sense of tranquility, as if only the wind, trees, and you are left. 💚 Just staying in silence in a busy day will calm your mind. A place to feel comfortable🥰 I visited Doseonsa Temple for the second time today, and many people came to pray for the CSAT exam in November👍I also came here to regain peace of mind. The autumn leaves and trees around are so pretty in autumn. Doseonsa Temple, such a beautiful festival at the foot of Bukhansan Mountain💜 I am healing today as well🫰💙

Doseonsa Temple on Bukhansan Mountain is a place with a quiet and magical atmosphere that makes it hard to believe that it is located in the middle of downtown Seoul. The sound of clear valley water and scenery heard throughout the temple helps you forget the stress of everyday life. If you want quiet meditation, we recommend visiting on a weekday morning rather than on a weekend when it is crowded with hikers.
